Soup, a roll, cheese and butter, followed by a hot drink.  All welcome.  All for a minimum donation of £3.00 which goes to Christian Aid or CAFOD.

Holy Mowers! @ All Saints Churchyard

Holy Mowing has been suspended during the Coronavirus outbreak to accord with government instructions. All are staying at home meantime. Sheila says as soon as we can we will be back,  and there will be plenty to do then.

Enjoy our beautiful space. Come and help tend the churchyard at All Saints (second-largest churchyard in the country). Mow the grass, rake leaves, rake the mowings,  trim the verges, weed round the gravestones, trim the shrubs, flatten the molehills, pull out the suckers, plant bulbs….  You don’t have to do heavy work if you’re not up to it. Wild Lent on Holy Saturday @ All Saints Churchyard

Due to the coronavirus outbreak this has now been cancelled.

Come and explore God in creation in our ancient church yard (2nd largest in the country). Ending with the service of First Fire to mark the anticipation of Jesus resurrection, with toasted marshmallows (sweetness to contrast with the bitterness of Good Friday). For all ages but especially children.

Annual Parish Church Meeting @ St James' Church

In view of the guidance from the Church of England during the coronavirus epidemic this meeting will be postponed. We will give notice of when it will take place. At the end of the morning Eucharist we will hold our Church’s Annual Parochial Church Meeting (the church’s equivalent of an AGM). Do come along and support your PCC as we review the past year of our church life and look forward to the year ahead. Anyone may attend but only those who are on the church Electoral Roll may vote.
