We will be following The Psalms, a 5-session course written by Stephen Cottrell, Bishop of Chelmsford (and soon to be Archbishop of York). The booklet will be £2.00 each. No need to say in advance if you are coming though it helps to know the number of chairs, mugs and biscuits. There is also a Lent Course, ‘Superstar’ led by Jenty Fairbank and Jean James at St James’ Church at 2.30 on Thursdays from 5th March.

With activities, songs, stories and prayers, this is an informal way to learn about and meet with God, taking place in St James on the 3rd Sunday of each month.  For children from ages 3 – 12. Children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult. Parents or carers of children of 4 or over are encouraged to stay. Admission is free. The aim is to encourage children into faith and help them to grow into a relationship with God in a fun and engaging way, and to provide an alternative experience to the adult style of worship and learning. (Sung Holy Communion will still take place simultaneously at All Saints)
