Teens to Twenties (ages 15-25)
Every Wednesday at 7pm in St James’: we start with a shared meal (let us know if you hope to join us and have dietary needs, we are used to catering for most requirements), followed by one or more of the following: craft, Bible study through DVD (‘The Chosen’), prayer and discussion and optional other activities including climate activism, field trips, Eco Allotment, campouts, gaming nights, Cosplay, and art and craft. Every year a group of us go to Greenbelt Festival together. We do optional charity fundraising and outward bound activities. Whether you are ‘confidently Christian’ or just curious about what it all means, you’ll be welcome! (Warning: occasional bad jokes, interesting costumes and creative, neurospicy moments).
Life can be tough at each age and stage and we support each other as we explore who we are, what we enjoy and what we care about. We have a code of conduct written by our members for our members and a key rule for us is everyone is included and no-one treats anyone badly because of age, gender, identity, race, disability, neurodiversity, sexuality, mental health, income, learning difficulty or life struggles. We are a safe, welcoming (sometimes hilarious) space where we can all be ourselves.

Our Church-run youth groups are free so that they are accessible to all. We welcome everyone, and happily adapt for disability and neurodiversity, as a number of our young people can tell you. If you would like to give a donation to support our work with young people, we’d be overjoyed!
